Easy Shrimp and Rice Noodle Bowls

Ingredients
For the sauce:
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon chili paste
1 tablespoon sugar
1 clove garlic, grated
Remaining ingredients:
8 ounces flat rice noodles, cooked according to package instructions
16 large cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup shredded red cabbage
4 green onions, thinly sliced
DirectionsMake the sauce: In a non-reactive bowl, whisk together all sauce ingredients until well combined. Set aside.
Divide the noodles amongst four serving bowls. Add equal parts shrimp, onion, cabbage and green onion to each bowl. Top with sauce Serve immediately.
